When documents are uploaded to the Resume Manager, they are automatically converted to PDF through a PDF converter, no matter the file type. A limitation of PDF converter is that it removes any additional HTML coding, and thereby potential viruses on an uploaded file, links will become disabled. This also eliminates any potential upload and formatting problems various word processor programs may exhibit. This is the reason a PDF converter is employed - no matter what version of Word was used to create the resume, you can view the resume.
