There are two ways you can upload a profile photo: The first is to associate your LinkedIn account with your My Profile which will automatically import your profile picture. The second is to click the photo placeholder, select choose file from computer and select either a .jpg or .gif image from your computer. The recommended size for this photo is 185 x 240 pixels.
