When starting a job search, the first step is to update or create your resume in the system. Once complete, begin searching for jobs by going to Job Opportunities. In Job Opportunities you can look for jobs you can see as the next step in your career. From here you can save jobs you like into the Opportunity Tracker to organize and manage them.
