To change your password when you are within the portal, hover over your name in the upper right corner and select 'Account Settings'. Next, select 'Change Password'. You will enter your old password followed by a new password, then confirm your new password.
If you have forgotten your password, please contact your system administrator. Typically their email information is found in the FAQs section, which is accessible on your toolbar, under a resource section, or in the upper right corner of the screen.
