Using the People360 software your organization may run multiple mentoring programs at the same time.
You may have:
- Diversity Mentoring Program
- Reverse Mentoring Program
- Executive Mentoring Program
- Women's Mentoring Program
- New Hire Mentoring Program
Each program is independent of the others.
For each program you want to fill out a mentoring starter pack.
Once your have filled out the starter pack and created the various mentoring program they will appear in the Mentor Manager.
You may change the program settings at anytime by clicking on the 'Edit' button.
You man review and manage the program participants at any time by clicking on the 'Manage Participants' button.
You may see all the participants within the program. You may match or unmatch participants and you may end one or all relationships.
