To send correspondence to an opportunity you can select 'Send Thank You' button on the process flow chart. This will cause a pop-up to appear with the option at the bottom to 'Send Correspondence.' If you select 'Send Correspondence' another pop-up will open in which you can choose templates for introduction letters, cover letters, thank you notes, marketing letters, follow-up letters, and other types of correspondence. Select any of these from the 'Choose correspondence template' drop-down menu to view the template then enter your information in the fields below.
