It is always recommended to request matching with multiple mentors. This will mean you are not waiting on one mentor to connect with you. Once a mentor matches with you, all other mentoring requests will cancel out. If you have multiple connection requests outstanding and still are not connecting with a mentor, click the "Pending Requests" tab on your user dashboard. You can resend mentoring requests or try connecting with new mentors. If the problem persists with not being able to match, contact your program administrator for more information.
To make your profile more inviting to mentors, try going back and re-evaluate some of your matching question choices or broaden your selections to possibly match with a mentor. To do this, review your matching application and resubmit.
If you are already matched, your system may be limited to a certain number of available mentors. If you have reached this limit, available mentors will no longer appear. Also, administrators may not allow mentees to match themselves. In this case, no potential matches will appear. Please contact your program administrator for more information on this.
