The People Search tool allows you to search for coworkers within your portal so you can connect and view each others' profile. Once you have located a coworker you'd like to connect with, you can send a message introducing yourself. After greeting them, tell them a few words about yourself, why you'd like to connect with them, and perhaps one of your career goals. Refer to similar interests you noticed between you and them and ask them about themselves and about their current job.
