PeopleSearch will allow you to network within the portal by searching for coworkers who are located in a similar location or who have a similar job discipline. It will also allow you to search for coworkers by company (additional custom searches may be available in your portal). For example, you can search for coworkers who work at an employer you're interested in becoming engaged with.
